Yes. Every piece is handmade by me in small batches. Each cup is wheel-thrown, and handles and details are attached by hand. Because of this process, slight variations in shape, glaze, texture, and color are part of what make each piece unique.

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be carefully packed and shipped. During collection drops, processing times may extend to 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Ceramics are fragile, and I take great care in packaging. Each piece is thoughtfully wrapped and securely packed to ensure it arrives safely. I pack every order myself with intention and care.

All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. Once your order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier.

At this time, I am only shipping within the United States. Excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

In the unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

The shipping box

Yes, all glazes used are food safe unless otherwise noted. However, handmade ceramics should be treated with care. Hand washing is recommended to preserve the glaze and longevity of your piece.

Each piece is handmade, so variations in color, glaze movement, and form are to be expected and celebrated. Your piece will be similar to the photos shown, but not an exact replica.
